The latest breakthrough in the Smeargate anti-corruption campaign has proved two things: Firstly, the police did allow a gang of neo-Nazi “animals” to escape prosecution for attempted murder and secondly, the police and Special Branch engaged in a calculated, appalling smear campaign against the victim of the “particularly horrific attack”.
The tidal wave of police corruption sweeping across Britain proves the massive scope of this institutionalised corruption and for decades the mainstream politicians tolerated it with the support of the useful idiots who vote for them.
On Sky News this morning it was reported that “people do not trust anything the police say any more” and we have been saying this for years, only to be met with a barrage of lies, smears and threats, primarily from the police.
In December 2005, police solicitor Hannah Pooley of Weightmans told Simon Smith that the objective of the civil litigation was “a war of destruction by its very nature”.
The police failed in their malicious campaign to “destroy” Simon and he has now turned the tables on them in spectacular fashion. But will any of the evil crooks in police uniforms be brought to justice? Of course they won’t because the system is still riddled with the same institutionalised corruption.
In the early hours of this morning we received an anonymous tip from a source regarding another member of the neo-Nazi attack gang… ‘Pete Brood’ living in Burton-on-Trent, right on the border with Derbyshire.
And yet Derbyshire Police, particularly its corrupt Special Branch, claimed they could not trace any of the attack gang or what Judge Brian Woods described as “this pack of animals”.
It has been common knowledge inside neo-Nazi groups who carried out the attack and undercover police officers and paid informants inside those groups ignored the attempted murder.
The only issue to determine now is whether the police allowed the attack gang to escape prosecution to protect the identities of undercover officers and paid informants or if they actually do sympathise with the aims of extremely violent neo-Nazis?
This issue must be determined at a public inquiry authorised by the Home Office and there is no doubt at all that undercover Special Branch officers knew the names of the attack gang “animals” within 48 hours of the attack.
Special Demonstration Squad officers were in situ inside the far Right and had a string of paid informants on the Special Branch payroll. This incontrovertible fact has been confirmed by Guardian journalists Paul Lewis and Rob Evans in their book Undercover.
In just six weeks we have been able to do what the police claimed they could not do for 23 years? Trace and identify a gang of neo-Nazi “animals” who got away with attempted murder with the consent of Derbyshire Police Special Branch and the Metropolitan Police Special Demonstration Squad.
It must come as a chilling discovery that the ‘police’ allowed violent extremists to escape prosecution, allowed them to carry out other acts of violence, funded from the public purse and worst of all, subjected the victim of a “particularly horrific” attempted murder to one of the most appalling smear campaigns in British history.
Of course, Special Branch did exactly the same thing to the family of murder victim Stephen Lawrence. There is now no doubt that Special Branch is little more than an organised criminal gang funded by HM Government.
Be in no doubt, these corrupt police officers still think they can get away with what they have done but we’ve got news for them.
Simon has now made preliminary arrangements to instruct solicitors to sue the Chief Constable of Derbyshire Police for an orchestrated smear campaign and conspiring to allow violent neo-Nazis to escape prosecution.
The moment DCI Allen confirmed the existence of DC 1111 Frank Bailey, whose existence was denied for 23 years, the police smear campaign came crashing down in flames. Derbyshire Police have lost a huge amount of public support and trust.
In July 2005, Simon promised Special Branch officer DC Quinn at Nottingham Crown Court that the smear campaign would “backfire in spectacular fashion” and now it has.
There is no hiding place left for the corrupt police and the sinister Special Branch. Justice is coming!
We take this opportunity to thank all of the sources who have provided us with information and photographs in this investigation to defeat police corruption.
